How to Register for Courses at Other Faculties at the University of Copenhagen

 

As and EnvEuro student you must follow special steps if you want to take a course at other faculties than the Faculty of Life Sciences (LIFE) at the University of Copenhagen.  Please register by following these two steps:

 

1) First, you should get a pre-approval of credit transfer to LIFE. In order to do this, you should download this application form.

The application form should be filled in, signed and scanned.

Send the scanned form to (CC to ) and request that they send the preliminary approval to you by e-mail.

 

2) Second, you should then apply for taking the course by following the guidelines below for the respective faculty.

 

Science

You can access the application form directly from here.

The application form should be filled in while online, printed, signed and scanned.

Send the scanned form to (CC to ) together with the preliminary approval from LIFE.

Please note that the application must be submitted no later than within the first week of the block, but the earlier the better!

 

 

Anthropology

Fill out the application form at http://anthropology.ku.dk/dokumenter/uddannelsen/Application_Credit_students.doc/, sign it scan it and send it to  (CC to ) together with the preliminary approval from LIFE.

Please note that the deadline for applying for Block 1+2 is 15 August, and the deadline for applying for block 3+4 is 15 January, but if there is still space available it is possible to make a late application.

 

 

Pharmaceutical Science

Fill out and send the application form at http://www.farma.ku.dk/fileadmin/STF/Engelsk_webside/Danish_guest_student_registrationform.doc to (CC to ) stating what course you would like to take and that it is taken as a part of the EnvEuro MSc programme. You do not need to attach the documentation requested in the application form. Please note that the deadline for applying for Block 1+2 is 1 July, and the deadline for applying for Block 3+4 is 1 December, but if there is still space available in the course it is possible to make a late application.

 

Law

Fill out and send the application form at https://isis.ku.dk/eblanket/respondent/besvaranonym.aspx?evalid=6711 (CC to ) together with the preliminary approval from LIFE. You should also attach a copy of your BSc diploma and describe your personal motivation for taking the course. Please note that the deadline for applying for Block 1+2 is 17 June, and the deadline for applying for Block 3+4 is 17 December.

 

Political Science

Send an e-mail to (CC to ) together with the preliminary approval from LIFE stating what course you would like to take and that it is taken as a part of the EnvEuro MSc programme by agreement between Anders Berg-Sørensen and Christian Bugge Henriksen. In the e-mail you should also describe your personal motivation for taking the course and attach your course transcripts from the EnvEuro MSc programme. Please note that the application must be submitted before the first week of the block, but the earlier the better.
